You may use this website for lawful purposes, including learning about our auto transport services and requesting information or quotes.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

3. Transportation Services

HelixTrack Auto Transport provides information about the following transportation services:

  • Open Car Transport
  • Enclosed Car Transport
  • Door-to-Door Auto Transport
  • State-to-State Auto Transport

Specific services, routes, availability, pricing, pickup arrangements, and delivery arrangements may vary depending on the individual shipment.

4. Quotes

Quotes and estimates are based on information provided by the customer and transportation conditions known at the time of quoting.

Pricing may be affected by:

  • Pickup and delivery locations
  • Distance
  • Vehicle type and size
  • Vehicle operating condition
  • Transportation method
  • Requested dates
  • Route conditions
  • Carrier availability
  • Seasonal demand
  • Special handling requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information.

A preliminary website inquiry or estimate does not automatically constitute a final transportation contract unless expressly confirmed in the applicable service agreement.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information regarding their vehicle and transportation requirements.

Customers should disclose whether the vehicle starts, rolls, steers, and brakes normally.

Customers should prepare the vehicle according to the instructions provided for the shipment and remove personal belongings unless specifically permitted.

Customers are also responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information.

6. Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery schedules may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, carrier schedules, route availability, local restrictions, and other circumstances.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, estimated pickup and delivery dates should not be considered guaranteed arrival times.

7. Door-to-Door Transportation

Door-to-door transportation means pickup and delivery as close as reasonably practical to the requested locations.

Large vehicle carriers require sufficient space for safe access. Narrow streets, restricted roads, low-clearance areas, construction, traffic restrictions, and other circumstances may prevent direct access.

If necessary, a nearby safe and accessible location may be selected.

8. Vehicle Condition

Customers should inspect their vehicle before pickup and after delivery and should document the vehicle’s condition with photographs.

Existing damage should be identified through the applicable inspection process.

Customers should retain copies of relevant transportation documents and condition reports.

9. Inoperable Vehicles

Customers must disclose if their vehicle is inoperable or cannot start, roll, steer, or brake normally.

Special equipment or handling may be required, and additional charges may apply depending on the transportation arrangement.

10. Personal Property

Customers should remove personal belongings from the vehicle before transportation.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, personal property left inside the vehicle is not considered part of the vehicle transportation service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any legal right or protection that cannot lawfully be waived.

15. Force Majeure

Transportation services may be affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government actions, accidents, labor disruptions, carrier availability, and other unforeseen events.

Such circumstances may affect transportation schedules and availability.
